Below is are a list of answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If the answer you need isn't in this list then please don't hesitate to email us.
Can I guarantee a seat?
In short, yes!
After the success of our sell out debut, we will be implementing a new ‘Guarantee a Seat’ initiative at all future shows.
How does it work?
If you buy a ticket online we will reserve a seat for you until 7:45pm.
If you haven’t claimed your seat by 7:45pm then it will become available to anyone who buys a ticket on the night. (Don’t worry if you are still in the queue at 7:45pm, there will be ushers on hand to make sure that your seat doesn’t get taken).
If you arrive between 7:45pm and 8:00pm you will still be guaranteed entry but you may have to stand.
Therefore, to guarantee a seat simply buy a ticket online (and save over 15% at the same time!) and then just turn up before 7:45pm. Once you’ve claimed your seat it’s yours! So you can either stay seated or stick a coat on it and go and get a drink! It is that simple!
Where are my tickets?
At Chapter 12 Comedy Club we run a paperless ticketing system. Once you have purchased your ticket(s) online the buyers name will automatically be added to the guest list. You do not need to bring any proof of purchase with you on the night.
Can we/I pay on the door?
If a show does not sell out in advance, we will still have a limited number of spaces on the door. All on-the-door tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis so we recommend you arrive early to enquire about these. If we can get you in, we will!
Please note, on-the-door tickets will be £6.
What time will the show end?
Chapter 12 is a live comedy night, so it's difficult to give a precise finish time. However, all our shows tend to finish between 10-10:30pm.
Will there be tickets on the door if it's a sell out?
If all tickets sell out online prior to the gig, some tickets may be available on the door as a result of no-shows. We'll hold bookings until a few minutes before the show starts and then release them on the door on a first come first served basis. So if you're in the area, go for it! If we're all out of comedy, there's plenty of great beer downstairs.
